I would like to enroll as a member of KYV Farms Community Supported Agriculture (CSA).
Community Supported Farms are community based organizations of producers and consumers. The consumers agree to provide direct upfront support for the local grower who will produce their food. The grower agrees to do their best to provide the food and other benefits promised. I understand that each week my share will include seasonal types of an amount of produce that is harvested. I understand that the risks of farming may occasionally reduce the share variety and portion. In the event of a weather catastrophe my share remaining allowance would be rolled into as a credit to next season’s share if I choose to renew. I accept that there is a one-time, $50, non-refundable membership fee that will be added to my membership total. By submitting this web-form, I agree to these terms.
